Building your team to strengthen the CORE of the vision God has given you for your church and community.

 

We offer team building workshops, retreats, and will come to your church to make it convenient for your volunteer team and/or staff.  Team-building events are fun, informative, educational, encouraging, and will build a cohesiveness among your team members enhancing their productivity for the Kingdom! 

 

We believe that God intended us to work together, and it takes each person on that team to make a commitment to the greater purpose of what the team stands for.  Vince Lombardi once said, "Individual commitment to a group effort - that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work." Mia Hamm (women's soccer champion) also adds, "I am a member of a team, and I rely on the team, I defer to it and sacrifice for it, because the team, not the individual, is the ultimate champion."  

 

Strengthening each member of your team (whether volunteer or staff) and developing their ability to work as a team will produce greater productivity and effectiveness.  One person can accomplish great things, but a team can accomplish exponentially more.

Having someone come in and feed encouragement, inspiration and team-spirit into your volunteers and/or staff will reinforce what you have been communicating.  We would love to be that "someone" for your church/ministry!
